Terms of Service | Vehicles SA

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Vehicles South Africa ("Vehicles SA"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately. We provide a digital marketplace for the advertising of vehicles; we are not a dealership and do not own the inventory listed.

2. Listings & Pricing Policy

2.1 Listing Fees

Vehicles SA operates on a flat-rate advertising model. The cost to list a single vehicle is R150.00 per month (30 days). This applies to both private sellers and dealerships.

2.2 Listing Duration & Renewal

All listings remain active for a period of 30 consecutive days from the moment of payment approval.
To keep a listing active beyond this period, a Renewal Fee of R150.00 must be paid before the expiry date. Expired listings are removed from public search results immediately.

3. "Top of Search" Sponsorship Policy

We offer a premium visibility option called "Sponsorship". By purchasing a sponsorship, you agree to the following:

Cost: R20.00 per 24-hour cycle.

Placement: Sponsored ads are algorithmically pinned to the top of the search results page and the homepage "Sponsored Finds" section.
Visibility: Sponsored ads are highlighted with a gold border and a "SPONSORED" badge to distinguish them from organic results.
Rotation: If multiple users sponsor ads in the same category, they will rotate randomly in the top slots to ensure fair exposure.
Expiration: Sponsorship expires exactly 24 hours after purchase. The ad will then revert to its organic position based on the original posting date.

4. No Refund Policy

Please read this section carefully.

Vehicles SA provides an intangible digital advertising service. Once your advertisement has been submitted and payment has been processed, the service is deemed to have been rendered.

All payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds if you sell your vehicle before the 30-day listing period ends.
We do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel your listing early.
We do not offer refunds for "Sponsorship" fees, even if the vehicle is sold within the 24-hour window.
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a verified technical error where you were double-charged.

5. User Conduct & Liability

You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent advertisements. Vehicles SA reserves the right to remove any listing without refund if it is found to violate South African law or our community guidelines.

Vehicles SA is not liable for any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not verify the physical condition of vehicles listed.
