Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy Applicable to All Services
1. Principle of Digital Service
Vehicles South Africa provides an intangible digital advertising service. Unlike physical goods, digital advertising space cannot be "returned" once used.
Service Delivery Definition: Our service is deemed fully rendered and delivered the moment your advertisement is published on our platform and becomes viewable to the public.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any of the following reasons:
- Early Sale: You sold your vehicle within hours or days of posting the ad.
- Change of Mind: You decided you no longer wish to sell the vehicle.
- Mistake in Listing: You entered incorrect details (you may edit the ad, but not cancel for a refund).
- Low Response: You are dissatisfied with the number of views or inquiries generated.
- Sponsorship Expiry: Your 24-hour "Top of Search" sponsorship expired without resulting in a sale.
3. Listing Removal
Vehicles SA reserves the right to remove any listing without refund if it violates our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent listings, illegal items, hate speech). If your account is banned for policy violations, you forfeit any remaining advertising time.
4. Technical Errors
The ONLY exception to this policy is in the event of a verifiable technical error on our part, such as:
- You were charged twice for the same listing due to a gateway error.
- A system failure prevented your paid ad from ever appearing on the site.
In such cases, please contact support immediately with your transaction reference for an investigation.
